#ElyseeRealBride2023 Social Media Contest Rules, Terms and Conditions
Contest Name: #ElyseeRealBride2023
Bridal Collective, Inc., a California corporation (“Bridal Collective” or “Company”), will conduct the contest (“Contest” or “Sweepstakes”) substantially as described in these rules, and by participating, each participant agrees to the specific rules, terms, and conditions described below.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER AND PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE CHANCES OF WINNING. WINNER WILL BE SELECTED AT RANDOM. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. SEE OFFICIAL GENERAL CONTEST RULES FOR OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT APPLY TO THE CONTEST.
1. Description of Contest/Participation
A. Dates of Contest: #ElyseeRealBride2023 Social Media Contest Submission Period begins at 12:01 a.m. PST on July 7, 2023 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PST on July 19, 2023 (“Submission Period”). From July 20 to July 27, 2023, approved submissions will enter into the “Sharing Phase” of the contest. A winner will be announced by 12:00 p.m. PST on July 28, 2023.
B. How to Enter: Beginning on July 7, 2023, Bridal Collective will conduct the Contest via the link to its Contest Form page on the following website:. To be eligible the participant must agree to the rules set forth herein (“Rules”). Please read the Rules prior to entry to ensure you understand and agree. You (the participant) may not be eligible to receive prizes described in these Rules unless you agree to these Rules. These Rules form a binding legal agreement between you and Bridal Collective with respect to the Contest.
Contest Rules:
Bridal Collective’s Marketing Department will review all submissions and respectively select submissions by July 20, 2023 for the contest gallery. Only one entry per couple. If your submission is approved and selected to be in the contest gallery, you will receive 1 entry for the prize drawing.
More Chances to Win:
You may complete the 3 steps below to receive 1 additional entry for each step completed (maximum of 3 additional entries). All steps must be completed no later than 11:59 p.m. PST on July 27, 2023 during the Sharing Phase. Additional steps to be completed:
Create an account on Elyseebridal.com (click on ‘Sign In’ on the top right corner of the homepage AND favorite a dress (or dresses) on Elyseebridal.com (Click on the heart icon located in the top left corner of the gown image on its gallery page in Collections). Accounts created before the Sharing Phase are still eligible for the contest, but steps 2 and 3 must be completed during the Sharing Phase.

The winner will be randomly selected and announced by 12:00 p.m. PST on July 28, 2023.
Participation in this contest will be awarded with an ÉLYSÉE, ÉTOILE, ÉLYSÉE Atelier or ÉLYSÉE x Édition gown with a retail price (MSRP) not to exceed USD $4,500 USD. Participation in this Contest by mobile phone and text message means that you understand that you may receive additional text messages from Company relating to this Contest, including notifying you if you are a potential winner in this Contest, which will be subject to the charges pursuant to your carrier’s rate plan.

2. Description of Prize(s)
The prizes that will be awarded to the eligible winner is:
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive an exclusive prize package that includes:
Choice of one (1) ÉLYSÉE Atelier, ÉLYSÉE, ÉTOILE, or ÉLYSÉE x Édition wedding dress (subject to availability of inventory) – approximate value $4,500.
Prizes are not transferable or assignable, or redeemable for cash or any other consideration, and no substitutions will be allowed except by Company, which reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value or nature if advertised prize is not available.
Gifted products cannot be sold, bartered or transferred. No substitution or duplicate prizes will be awarded. All prizes are non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other prize. All prizes must be acknowledged within 48 hours of notification. If a winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified, the Company reserves the right to determine an alternate winner or not to award that winner’s prize, in its sole discretion.
3. Social Site Media Release
Bridal Collective does release all social sites as a company, brand, entity and their sponsors, stakeholders, employees from any liability of the Contest. The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Vimeo , Pinterest, and Instagram, or any additional Social Media sites used during this contest. All participants are providing information to Bridal Collective and not to the utilised social sites.
4. Eligibility and Limitations
Participants must allow for a 15-21 week timeframe for production of gowns. The winner of #ElyseeRealBride2023 is ineligible to qualify or win any further Bridal Collective promoted contests/giveaways.
Employees of the Company, employees of other fashion brands/entities, and members of the "immediate family" of any such persons are not eligible to participate or win.
5. Requirements and Delivery Disclaimer
"DRESS PRIZE" The winner will have until December 31, 2023 to redeem the “dress prize.” Winner must provide Bridal Collective with professionally measured bust, waist and hip, and hollow to hem measurements. Bridal Collective will base the dress size and length on the measurements provided by the winner. After the measurements have been submitted, the winner will be unable to make any changes. Bridal Collective is not responsible for inaccurate/changes in measurements made prior to the delivery date.
The Company will gift an ÉLYSÉE Atelier, ÉLYSÉE, ÉTOILE or ÉLYSÉE x Édition gown based on the provided measurements. Winner is responsible for alterations/changes desired/needed on the gown and/or accessories.
Bridal Collective disclaims all liability, and is not responsible, for any delays, mislabelling, loss, misplacement, or other failure in the delivery of any item sent by mail, courier, express, electronic transmission, or other delivery method. The Company is not responsible for mechanical, technical, electronic, communications, telephone, computer, hardware or software errors, malfunctions or failures of any kind, including, without limitation: failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed transmission of online entries, traffic congestion on telephone lines, the Internet or at any website or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit an online entrant's ability to participate in the Contest, and any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any information necessary to participate in the Contest and after the Contest.
6. Publicity; Use of Personal Information
By participating, where allowed by law, all participants and winners grant the Company exclusive permission to use their names, biographical data, characters, photographs, voices, and likenesses for broadcast and promotional purposes during and after the Contest, without any further obligation to the participant, and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use. Through submitting your photos, you grant Bridal Collective the rights to distribute, use, and possess your photos and use them for promotional and commercial actions.
We urge you to think before you upload, submit, or embed content. This agreement permits you to upload to, submit to, or embed on the Bridal Collective Sweepstakes services only photos or other content that you own the copyright to or otherwise have the right to publish. By uploading, submitting or embedding photos or other content that you do not own the copyright to or do not otherwise have the right to publish, you may subject yourself to legal liability. It is your responsibility to ensure you have adequate rights to publish to the Bridal Collective Sweepstakes services all photos and other content you submit.
Please choose carefully the User Content that you upload to, submit to, or embed on the Bridal Collective Sweepstakes and that you provide to other Users as you are solely responsible for your User Content and for any liability that may result from the User Content you post. You expressly agree that you will not upload to, submit to, or embed on the Bridal Collective Sweepstakes any User Content that violates this Agreement or that is contrary to the purposes of the Bridal Collective Sweepstakes, that may be offensive, illegal, or violate the rights of, harm, or threaten the safety of any person, or that presents any business or individual in a negative light. You further agree that you will not upload to, submit to, or embed on the Bridal Collective Sweepstakes any photographs or video containing nudity, or obscene, lewd, violent, harassing, libelous, sexually explicit or otherwise objectionable subject matter or any content owned by third parties for which you do not have the right to post, display, or publish.
Bridal Collective reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject, refuse to post, or remove any User Content you provide, or to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of the Bridal Collective Sweepstakes at any time, for any reason or for no reason, with or without prior notice, and without liability to you or any third party.
The Winner must provide the Company with visual content (photographs and/or video content) of the wedding or special event for broadcast and promotional purposes. The Bridal Collective US Marketing Department, European Office, and Africa Office will select the pictures and may edit the content to best suit the promotional needs of the Company.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the following is a partial list of the types of User Content that Bridal Collective deems to be inappropriate:
Content that criticises a business or individual beyond that of merely offering an opinion;
Content that harasses or advocates harassment of another person;
Content that exploits people in a sexual or violent manner;
Content that contains nudity, violence, or offensive subject matter or contains a link to an adult website;
Content that includes racially, ethically, or otherwise objectionable language;
Content that is libellous, defamatory, or otherwise tortious language;
Content that solicits personal information from anyone under 18;
Content that promotes information that you know is false or misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libellous;
Content that promotes an illegal or unauthorised copy of another person’s copyrighted work, such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices, or providing pirated music or links to pirated music files;
Content that involves the transmission of “junk mail,” “chain letters,” or unsolicited mass mailing, instant messaging, “spimming,” or “spamming”;
Content that contains restricted or password only access pages or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page);
Content that furthers or promotes any criminal activity or enterprise or provides instructional information about illegal activities including, but not limited to making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone’s privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses;
Content that solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other Users;
Content that involves commercial activities and/or sales without our prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, or pyramid schemes; and
Content that includes a photograph of another person that you have posted without that person’s consent.
7. Release
BY PARTICIPATING IN THE CONTEST, EACH AND ALL PARTICIPANTS AND WINNERS AGREE THAT BRIDAL COLLECTIVE, INSURERS, EMPLOYEES, AND THEIR ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES AND SPONSORS SHALL HAVE NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR DAMAGES, LOSS, OR INJURY RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATING IN ANY CONTEST/SWEEPSTAKES OR ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF ANY PRIZES. IN CONSIDERATION OF PARTICIPATION IN A CONTEST/SWEEPSTAKES, AND FOR OTHER GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, THE RECEIPT AND SUFFICIENCY OF WHICH ARE HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGED, THE PARTICIPANT, ON PARTICIPANT'S BEHALF, AND ON BEHALF OF PARTICIPANT'S HEIRS, SUCCESSORS OR ASSIGNS, ADMINISTRATORS AND PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, DOES HEREBY COVENANT NOT TO SUE, FULLY RELEASE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE BRIDAL COLLECTIVE, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECT AND INDIRECT SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, PARTNERS AND RELATED ENTITIES, (iv) EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, INSURERS, ATTORNEYS, SHAREHOLDERS AND REPRESENTATIVES, AND (v) EACH PREDECESSOR, SUCCESSOR, AND ASSIGN THEREOF, FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL ACTIONS, CHARGES, CLAIMS, LOSSES, COSTS, DAMAGES, EXPENSES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND EXPENSES) AND LIABILITIES OF ANY KIND OR CHARACTER, WHETHER KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, IN CONNECTION WITH, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO PARTICIPANT'S PARTICIPATION IN ANY CONTEST/SWEEPSTAKES.
8. Compliance with Laws/Taxes
All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of Winners.
9. Conduct and Decisions
By participating in the Contest, participants agree to be bound by the decisions of the Company personnel. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the Contest, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified. All decisions will be made by the Company and are final. The Company may waive any of these rules in its sole discretion. The Company reserves the right at any time to change the Contest rules without notification.
10. Miscellaneous
The winner must submit proof of eligibility and sign the Company’s release form to claim the prize. The Company may substitute prizes, amend the rules or discontinue the Contest at any time without notification. The Company disclaims any responsibility to notify participants of any aspect related to the conduct of the Contest.
